P&O has declared their option and extended the contract for Mistral with one year until December 2017.

Our chartering situation is as follows

• Link Star Nor Lines until Decem­ber 2016 and thereafter long-term t/c to UPM-Kymmene
• Baltica TransProCon until Decem­ber 2016
• Mimer Marinex Cargo Line until June 2017
• Midas CMA CGM until May 2017
• Mistral P&O until December 2017
• Miranda Stena RoRo until Decem­ber 2017 (relet to Trans­fennica)
• Misana and Misida Stena RoRo until December 2018 (relet to Transfennica)

The roro market is now much better than during 2009-2014. The situation is stable and there is a balance between supply and demand for vessels.
